really hard to deal with.
Sometimes it can emotionally drain
you for months and years.
Do you ever feel or do any of
these things:
- Leaving the radio off because love songs makes you cry
- no appetite
- Binge eating
- Calling your ex repeatedly
- Text messaging and emailing constantly
- Always checking your email and phone to see if he/she called
- Thinking non-stop about why they REALLY left you or what you did wrong
- Feeling depressed often
- Wanting to spy on them to see who they are with and what they are doing
- Endlessly rehearsing what you should have said
- Endlessly rehearsing what you will say if you bump into them
If you do, then you’re being emotionally and phisically
